It is simple and swift...
1. GET IN TOUCH through contact form or emailing caroline@clearhopecoaching.co.uk
2. I respond to you, and we agree a date for our INITIAL TALK (30min, free, Zoom, to discover if we are the right ‘fit’ for working with each other, explaining bit more about coaching)
3. You receive an email to DISCUSS DATES for bundle of six sessions (each 60-75 min) and giving you the CONTRACT for you to read, sign, return.
4. I email you to acknowledge receipt of signed contract, to AGREE DATES of your sessions, and give you INVOICE details
5. Sessions become ‘booked’ on receipt of PAYMENT. Pay by bank transfer up to 5 working days before your session/bundle begins.
6. You receive acknowledgement of payment and a Letter of Welcome.
7. Have your first session!
Virtual sessions: Zoom
This shorter session is simply an opportunity for us to meet. You can ask any questions, discover more about what to expect from coaching conversations, find out about my style. We talk a little about what you may want to bring to coaching- a challenge, a goal.. and how much challenge you might want. It’s important to find out if your needs and my offering ‘fit’ and so I don’t charge for this. Also, this prepares well for making a strong start to your first session.
Coaching takes dedication on part of both coachee and coach, and I promise my commitment to you. Your dedication and motivation are the key. Embarking on your journey with the understanding that new challenges will arise as you step into uncharted territory is important. It's possible you may uncover further limiting beliefs that have not previously been an issue but now surface. Progress may not follow a linear path, but the cumulative effect of focusing on your aspirations and taking action should lead to happiness and fulfilment. Give this process the time and devotion and you can discover deep insights, nurture real growth, and make lasting changes to your life.
We will work out together what the right gap is between sessions for you. Perhaps you want to talk each week or maybe a longer time of three or four weeks between sessions helps you reflect and maybe make changes.
Meeting virtually works really well. You are in the comfort of your own home with no travel time or cost. This usually helps you find privacy needed for our sessions too.
When I am fully booked, rest assured that you will be on my waiting list, and we will keep in touch. You will be offered dates and times for your sessions as soon as possible.
Our conversations are very supportive in nature. We will discuss and agree if you want me to add some challenge into our work together and can revisit this at any time. This will feel different from the other things in your life. I am totally on your side and dedicated to you feeling heard, discovering yourself, exploring your life. It is a positive, feel-good investment in yourself.
Yes, if this is best for you. We understand life is busy and sometimes finding privacy is an issue. At a reasonable additional cost, I offer early morning (e.g. 7am) and early evening (e.g. 6pm) and Saturday or Sunday. Let’s talk this over and work out how we can make sure our sessions get maximum benefit for you.
