This is person centered coaching whereby I come alongside you in a coaching journey that seeks to nourish you as a whole person not just how you function at work. We enjoy an equal relationship with power equality, that is without judgement and full of respect. It is a two-person relationship, but it is all about you. You will be deeply heard and understood. This is a safe, confidential space to share and reflect upon your circumstances, difficulties, hopes for the future.
You are invited to set the agenda for sessions and so we will partner to work on exactly what is pressing to you in the short, medium, and long term. Sessions feel good and conversations feel natural though deep and transformative work is taking place.
Here we use an action learning model of coaching. Groups come together to share issues they are facing and through a supportive coaching framework share, listen, ask questions, reflect, and find that inspiration for solutions arise. Bring together group members that have a similar characteristic for example heads of year, within schools or in a Trust. Or, assemble a very mixed and varied group to help widen perspective and problem solve in new ways.
