SPONSOR – COACH - COACHEE
The organisation/business/school is referred to here as the sponsor. They commission coaching for individuals within the organisation. This can be as an overall expression of professional support or perhaps to work on a particular area (e.g., leadership, communication) for which the coach is aware and in alignment.
It may be that the sponsor approaches the coach first, or that an individual may ask their organisation for coaching and the process begins that way.
One coaching series is 6 sessions, usually with approximate four week gaps.
Sessions take place on Zoom. A 75 minute slot is booked and sessions draw to what feels like a natural close somewhere after the hour.
Days and times are agreed between coach and coachee at mutual convenience.
The sponsor understands that the work done between coach and coachee is confidential unless a risk of harm is apparent.
An agreement is signed between sponsor and coach including for example number of sessions, payment, confidentiality, ethics, safeguarding, what coaching is and isn’t.
An agreement is signed between coachee and coach including for example number of sessions, payment, confidentiality, ethics, safeguarding, what coaching is and isn’t.
Agreements of course must be signed before coaching series begins.
Payment is made from sponsor to coach via bank transfer, payable at least 5 working days before sessions begin.
As the end of the coaching series approaches, coach and coachee will review progress and settle on whether it would be beneficial to continue working together in a further series.
When a coaching series completes, the coachee will complete a simple feedback form about the coaching partnership (this does not include or refer to details discussed within coaching but the overall feel and benefit of coaching itself).
The sponsor will complete a simple feedback form about the process.
The coach does not feed back any detail of sessions to the sponsor.
The process of signing agreements is designed to support understanding and safety regarding the coaching partnership. Please do get in touch with any questions.
